Exclusive use of all 7 guest rooms and shared spaces. Staff available on-site from 8:00–21:00 for support and service.
Campfire Marshmallow Hour: From 17:30–18:30 at the outdoor fire lounge (weather permitting).
Dinner not included:
- Add-on BBQ or indoor hot pot available at NT$1500+10% per person (includes ingredients and cooking service).
- Guests may bring their own food for outdoor BBQ. We provide an open grill area, cutting board, knife, portable fridge, and cleaning tools. Please bring your own utensils, tongs, charcoal, plates, and clean up after use. A NT$5000 cleaning fee applies if not returned to original condition. (Note: BBQ area is outdoors without shelter.)
Infinity pool access: Until 21:00 on check-in day; 08:00–10:00 the next day.
Free parking for up to 7 vehicles.
Private architectural tour guided by the host.
Bath towels, hair dryer, and AESOP bath amenities provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste for sustainability.

Standard capacity: 14 guests (including infants); up to 17 guests with additional charges.
Please inform us of the exact number of guests when booking. Changes (within the 17-person limit) must be communicated at least 3 days before check-in. No last-minute additions on check-in day.

Deposit: 50% of total amount is required. Must be paid within the stated deadline to confirm booking.
Security Deposit: NT$20,000, refundable in cash upon check-out after verifying no damage or violations.
No pets allowed. Violation results in denied check-in and forfeiture of deposit.
All guests must present valid ID upon check-in.
Luggage storage available. Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
Check-in: 15:00–18:00 / Check-out: Before 11:00. Late check-out not available.
Meeting space (MTG lounge) must be cleaned and returned to original state after use. Please close windows and doors.
Visitors are not allowed. Only registered guests may enter the property.
Do not use gas stoves or induction cookers indoors.
Staff quarters and back-of-house areas are not open to guests.
Please care for the facilities. Damaged or missing items will be charged accordingly.

Smoking and betel nut chewing are strictly prohibited in all areas except designated smoking zones.
No fireworks are allowed.
No illegal substances, excessive alcohol use, parties, gambling, or unlawful activities. Violations will be reported to authorities.
Unauthorized extra guests, pets, or visitors are not allowed.
Failure to follow house rules, even after being reminded, may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Refunds follow regulations set by the Tourism Bureau and Consumer Protection Committee. The closer to the stay date, the lower the refund.
For typhoons: If Pingtung County is under a land warning issued by the Central Weather Bureau, a full refund (minus NT$100 processing fee) or 6-month postponement is allowed.

Weekdays are defined as Monday–Thursday, excluding public holidays and long weekends.
Multi-nights discount: 10% off on the second and third night.
The Happy Hour: Complimentary snacks and drinks from 16:00–17:00 daily.
Breakfast served daily from 08:00–09:30.
