Plan Your Holiday

  • The room rate includes breakfast for 2 guest and Happy Hour from 4pm to 5pm with finger food and beverage.
  • All rooms are double-bed rooms. Sky Blue and Ocean Blue can only accommodate up to 2 guests.
  • As for Red Rock, Green Land and Green Acacia, 1 extra child under 12 years old stays free on the existing bed. Child under 5 years old is free of charge; however, age between 6 to 12 years old will be charged NT$1000 for breakfast and amenities.
  • Extra beds are only allowed in Red Pond and Grace. Maximum occupancy for Red Pond is 4 guests. Grace is allowed up to 3 guests and 1 child stay for free if using existing bed. Extra bed for each guest over 13 years old is NT$2500 per person per night. Extra bed for child under 12 years old is NT$1800 per person per night. The extra bed fee includes cleaning fee and breakfast. Simple mattresses, pillows, quilts, and bath towels are provided. After adding extra bed(s), the space will become smaller. Please make your own decisions to avoid disputes during check-in. The third occupant of Red Pond and Grace can be a child under the age of 12 who does not need an extra bed, and the charging method is the same as stated above. At least one extra bed will be required if the third and fourth occupants are children under the age of 12 and staying at Red Pond and Grace. The charges are as stated above.

Accommodation Notice

1. Check-in hours: 15:00~21:00. Check-out time: up to 11am. Any delay to check-out will result in an extra fee. For environmentally friendly reasons, we only provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Please bring your personal toiletries, e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

2. Breakfast hours: 8:00~9:30. Infinity pool opening hours: 8:00~20:00. Pool will not be opened to the public from 11:00 to 14:00 daily for cleaning purposes. Reservation is required. Lobby opening hours: 8:00~20:00. 

3. We require a deposit of NT$3000 for your stay at check-in. You may pay by cash or credit card as pre-authorization. If no loss or damage to the room, we will refund the deposit by cash or cancel the pre-authorization.

4. No smoking on the property includes the patio/balcony! The fine is NT$3000. Please drink responsibly and lower your voice after 22:00. Recreational drug using is forbidden. If caught, you will be reported to the police.

5. No pets are allowed in Wandering Walls. If we find any guests who have brought pets, we have the right to refuse your stay and keep the deposit. If we find any guests who have brought pets after check-out, additional NT$5000 will be charged for cleaning.

6. Please contact us if the arrival time is after 20:00. Non-refund of deposit if no show on the arrival date.

7. For privacy reasons, no visitors are allowed.

8. For privacy reasons, no drones are allowed.

9. Luggage deposit service is available. Please make sure you have your valued belongings with you. Any loss or damage to your belongings will be at your risk.

10. If you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, you will be asked to rent another guestroom for proper accommodation or vacate the guesthouse with no refund of deposit. If caught after check-in, an additional fee of NT$5000 will be charged for each person.

Cancellation policy

1. According to the regulations from the Tourism Bureau, in addition to natural factor such as typhoons or earthquakes causing traffic interruptions and cannot be carried out, any cancellation of reservations due to personal factors (such as bad weather, rain, not wanting to travel, temporary errands, family affairs, car breakdowns, traffic accidents, physical discomfort, etc.) will be in accrodance with the deposit ratio announced by the Tourism Bureau: Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the check in date, full refund of deposit will be made (with a $100 handling fee deducted).

Cancellation made with in 10~13 days prior to the check in date, 30% of deposit will be charged.

Cancellation made with in 7~9 days prior to the check in date, 50% of deposit will be chareged.

Cancellation made with in 4~6 days prior to the check in date, 60% of deposit will be charged.

Cancellation made with in 2~3 days prior to the check in date, 70% of deposit will be charged.

Cancellation made with in 1 day prior to the check in date, 80% of deposit will be charged.

Cancel or no show on the check in date, full amount of deposit will not be refundable.

2. Regarding the cancellation policy for typhoon, if the Central Weather Administration announces that Pingtung County is within the land typhoon warning area during your stay, the deposit can be refunded in full (with a $100 handling fee deducted) or kept for six months.

Reservation
