Sustainable Travel: Bring Your Own

Wandering Walls promotes traveling in harmony with nature. Premium bath products and hairdryers are provided in the room. We invite you to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste to help us reduce single-use plastics and protect the purity of the forest.

Scent of Tranquility: Non-Smoking

To preserve the purest scent of the downhill wind, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces. If you need to smoke, please proceed to the designated outdoor areas. Thank you for your elegant cooperation. (A special cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged for violations.)

If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please inform the host in advance so we can leave a light on for you.

Pets & Visitors

To maintain the privacy and tranquility of every guest, Wandering Walls currently does not accommodate pets. We also strictly prohibit outside visitors from visiting or staying. This ensures your time here remains completely undisturbed.

Infinity Pool Reservation

The rooftop wading pool is open from 08:00 to 20:00. It operates on a reservation basis. Your host will arrange an exclusive time slot for you upon check-in, allowing you to enjoy the serene blend of sea and sky privately.

Friendly Reminder

To protect guest privacy, the use of drones is prohibited within the premises. A deposit of NT$3,000 (credit card pre-authorization available) will be collected upon check-in and fully refunded upon check-out after confirming no damages.

Cancellation & Postponement Policy

According to the standardized contract regulations of the Tourism Bureau:

14 days prior to arrival: Full refund of deposit (minus NT$100 handling fee).
10~13 days prior: 70% refund of deposit.
7~9 days prior: 50% refund of deposit.
4~6 days prior: 40% refund of deposit.
2~3 days prior: 30% refund of deposit.
1 day prior: 20% refund of deposit.
On the day of arrival: No refund.

※ If the Central Weather Bureau issues a land typhoon warning for Pingtung County during your stay, you may receive a full refund or retain the deposit for six months.

National Travel Card Policy

If you wish to pay the full room rate with a National Travel Card, please remark "Use National Travel Card" when booking on our official website.

The system will initially charge a 30% deposit. On the day of your stay, we will assist with refunding the deposit and charging the full amount to your National Travel Card. Without prior notice, only the 70% balance can be charged to the card on-site.

Private Charter & Group Booking

General online booking is only applicable for independent travelers (up to 5 rooms). If you require a private charter or large group booking, please refer to the "Private Charter" package above or contact our host directly by phone. We will arrange an exclusive itinerary for you.
