• Standard Occupancy: 14 persons (including infants).
• Maximum Occupancy: Up to 17 persons with extra person fees. Only "Dan Chi" can add 2 beds, "Zheng" can add 1 bed.

Extra fees for Meal-Inclusive Package

• Under 5 years old: Free.
• 6-12 years old (without extra bed): NT$ 1,100.
• Under 12 years old (with extra bed): NT$ 2,000.
• 13 years old and above (with extra bed): NT$ 2,800.

Extra fees for Accommodation Only Package

• Under 5 years old: Free.
• 6-12 years old (without extra bed): NT$ 300.
• Under 12 years old (with extra bed): NT$ 1,100.
• 13 years old and above (with extra bed): NT$ 1,700.

• Deposit & Security Deposit: The deposit is 50% of the total amount. A security deposit of NT$ 20,000 is required upon check-in, fully refundable after a damage-free check-out.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time: 15:00-18:00; Check-out time: Before 11:00 (No late check-out).
• Venue Restoration: Please clean and restore the lobby after use. If the venue is not restored after self-prepared outdoor cooking, a cleaning fee of NT$ 5,000 will be charged.
• Visitor Restriction: No visitors allowed. Only booked guests may enter the premises.
• Tranquility Code: The entire premises is non-smoking (except designated smoking areas), strictly no pets, fireworks, loud noises, or house parties. Violators will forfeit their deposit and be refused entry.

• Handled in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and the Consumer Protection Committee; the closer to the date of cancellation, the lower the refund.
• In the event of a land typhoon warning for Pingtung County issued by the Central Weather Bureau, a full refund (minus a NT$100 handling fee) or a six-month reservation retention is available.
