1. Services include during your stay

  • 7 guest rooms and exclusive access to all facilities. During your stay, our staff will standby from 8:00 to 21:00.
  • Happy Hour 16:00~17:00. Snacks and assorted drinks are available.
  • Bonfire time 17:30~18:30.
  • Dinner is not included.
    • You can buy extra BBQ/HOT POT SET (NT $1500+10% / person) each set includes food preparation and exclusive barbecue service. (BBQ in summer/HOT POT in winter). Bringing your own alcohol incurs a corkage fee: $400 per bottle for wine, and $800 per bottle for spirits.
    • You can bring your own barbecue ingredients. An open-air barbecue area and outdoor dining area are provided, equipped with knives, cutting boards, a portable refrigerator, and cleaning tools. Other utensils, tongs, charcoal, and plates must be brought by yourself. Please keep the area clean and return everything to its original place after use. Pack your trash properly. If the area is not cleaned and tidied up, a cleaning fee of $5000 will be charged. (The barbecue area is without rain cover, so please assess the weather conditions.)

  • For environmentally friendly reasons, we only provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Please bring your personal toiletries, e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.

2. The number of charter guests is up to 14 people ,includes children and infant.

  • However, 3 addtional guests(includes children and infant) can be added with extra charges. Please advise your correct number of guests for the charter and no exceeding of 17 guests.

  • If you wish to change the number of guests, please inform us 3 days prior to your arrival date. No extra guest can be added upon arrival.

3. Notice

  • Advance deposit (50% of tatol amount to be paid) is required. Please pay before the deadline on the confirmation letter to secure your resevation. The booking will be cancelled if deadline is due.
  • An amount of NTD20,000 is also required for your stay. Please pay with the advance deposit. If no loss or damage to the room, we will refund the deposit by cash.
  • No pets are allowed in Wandering Walls. If we find any guests who have brought pets, we have the right to refuse your stay and keep the deposit.
  • Upon arrival, please present ID of each guests.
  • Luggage deposit service is available. Please make sure you have your valued belongings with you. Any loss or damage to your belongings will be at your risk.
  • Check in hours: 15:00~18:00. Check out time: before 11:00. No late check out service. Please be on time.
  • Please tidy up the lobby and close the sliding door before leaving.
  • For privacy reasons, no visitors are allowed.
  • Potable gas stove and induction cooker are not allowed in the building.
  • Staff dormitories and staff working areas are not open for viewing or use.
  • Please follow the instruction and take care of public facilities. any damage or loss is found upon check-out, compensation must be made according to the price.

4. Prohebited

Everyone should follow the instruction during your stay. If any violation is occurred, in addition to confiscation of the deposit, compensation will be demanded based on the actual amount of losses.

  • Except the designated smoking area, any places on site is NOT allowed for smoking or chewing betel nut.
  • No firework.
  • Recreational drug using is forbidden. If caught, you will be reported to the police.
  • No pets.
  • No exceeding the maximum number of guests.

5. Cancellation policy

  • According to the regulations from the Tourism Bureau, in addition to natural factor such as typhoons or earthquakes causing traffic interruptions and cannot be carried out, any cancellation of reservations due to personal factors (such as bad weather, rain, not wanting to travel, temporary errands, family affairs, car breakdowns, traffic accidents, physical discomfort, etc.) will be in accrodance with the deposit ratio announced by the Tourism Bureau: Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the check in date, full refund of deposit will be made (with a $100 handling fee deducted). Cancellation made with in 10~13 days prior to the check in date, 30% of deposit will be charged. Cancellation made with in 7~9 days prior to the check in date, 50% of deposit will be chareged. Cancellation made with in 4~6 days prior to the check in date, 60% of deposit will be charged. Cancellation made with in 2~3 days prior to the check in date, 70% of deposit will be charged. Cancellation made with in 1 day prior to the check in date, 80% of deposit will be charged. Cancel or no show on the check in date, full amount of deposit will not be refundable.
  • Regarding the cancellation policy for typhoon, if the Central Weather Bureau announces that Pingtung County is within the land typhoon warning area during your stay, the deposit can be refunded in full (with a $100 handling fee deducted) or kept for six months.

6. Price for charter service

  • May & June 2024: $87,000 per day on weekdays. $100,000 per day on Friday, Sunday and day before and after public holidays. $113,000 per day on Saturday and public holidays.
  • July & August 2024: $91,000 per day on weekdays. $100,000 per day on Friday, Sunday and day before and after public holidays. $113,000 per day on Saturday and public holidays.
  • September & October 2024: $84,000 per day on weekdays. $92,000 per day on Friday, Sunday and day before and after public holidays. $101,000 per day on Saturday and public holidays.
  • November & December 2024: $77,000 per day on weekdays. $85,000 per day on Friday, Sunday and day before and after public holidays. $93,000 per day on Saturday and public holidays.

7. Fee for extra bed

  • For child under age of 12 staying on the existing bed: Free of charge for child under age of 5. A fee of $1,000 per person per night will be charged for child who is 6 years old and above.
  • Child under age of 12 requiring an extra bed will be charged of $2100 per person per night.
  • Guests age of 13 and above requiring an extra bed will be charged of $3000 per person per night.
  • Extra beds will be only placed in Red Pond and Grace, 2 for Red Pond and 1 for Grace. The extra bed fee includes cleaning fee and breakfast. Simple mattresses, pillows, quilts, and bath towels are provided. After adding extra bed(s), the space will become smaller. Please make your own decisions to avoid disputes during check-in.
