Slow-Braised Bolognese Pasta
A classic returning to the essence of ingredients. We use plenty of ripe tomatoes and ground meat, slow-braised for hours to concentrate the sweet and tart fruity notes into a rich sauce that clings tightly to the al dente noodles. Topped with a snow of freshly grated Parmesan and fresh basil, it serves up steaming, homey warmth.
